We take great care to provide you with the best products possible. We inspect your purchase carefully prior to shipping.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily refund you 100% for your purchase if it is returned/received by us within 14 days from the post marked date it was sent out to you.

Just email us, to tell us you are mailing a package back to us, and when we receive it we will refund your paypal account the full purchase price of the item and original shipping costs. Postage paid to return an item will be reimbursed by us in the event the item is damaged/flawed. We do not reimburse postage paid on items returned for exchange purposes of size/colour changes.

If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size/different colour, we are happy to accommodate you as long as the item is received by us within 14 days of the original postmark.

Returned items must still be brand new (never worn) and have their hang tags ideally still attached. Items purchased on Sale are Final Sales and are not eligible for a refund.
